You can also email orders@seawolfbakers.com for support with portal issues. Office hours for Sea Wolf Wholesale are 7 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday. If you are emailing on the weekend or after hours, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

A quick note on Internet browsers

The Sea Wolf Portal works best with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox internet browsers. If you are using Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari, consider downloading an alternative browser. We are doing our best to upgrade and work within Edge and Safari. If you notice glitches of bad UI while using those browsers (or any browser), please reach out: support@seawolfbakers.com..

Logging In

If you are having trouble logging into the Sea Wolf Portal, there’s a couple things that might help fix the problem.

Fix #1 - Hard refresh your browser. 

If you are on a… Windows: Hold down Ctrl and click the reload/ refresh button OR Ctrl key and press the F5 key. Mac: ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button OR hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.Then, try logging in. 

Fix #2 - Clear cached files in your browser. 

Go to your browser settings and delete cached files for the past day or week to get rid of any Auth0 files. (Directions for Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).

Adjusting Your Order

When you log into the Portal, the first page that opens, the Order Quantities page, displays the current week, plus four upcoming weeks of orders. You can also scroll back (up) to view the previous four weeks of orders.

To adjust the number for any given day, click on the cell. The pop up that appears allows you to add either a “standing” order that will repeat on that day of the week, every week, or a one-time “current” order.

Invoice Previews

In the portal on the Order Quantities page, you can see the total projected cost of your order at the bottom of the day’s column. By clicking on the total, you can see the details, including the discount applied to your order. Note: The total is read when the minimum quantity is unmet.

Closures

Sea Wolf closes three times each calendar year. Be sure to get your order in before “lock out” occurs two days before the first closure day. To check what days we are closed, visit the Notices page.
